Suppliers to the Industry

Since Jacob, Morten, and Bo all have backgrounds in the construction and real estate industry, we are able to find virtually any candidate for the supplier industry, as long as you supply to the construction and real estate sector. We have not worked as suppliers ourselves, except within engineering consulting, but we know the industry and your customers. This enables us to find candidates who are experienced in the industry, can operate within it, and are a part of it.

Candidate Search

Once the job description is defined, we typically use three methods to search for candidates:

  • An external researcher finds candidates on LinkedIn and through other networks.
  • We conduct our own search via professional media and personal networks.
  • We directly contact relevant industry professionals, informing them about the position and receiving leads from them.
