Our experience in recruitment for engineering companies is extensive. Candidate Search

Once the job description is defined, we typically use three methods to search for candidates:

  • An external researcher finds candidates on LinkedIn and through other networks.
  • We conduct our own search via professional media and personal networks.
  • We directly contact relevant industry professionals, informing them about the position and receiving leads from them.
